Te refieres a "I saw her standing there" (la ví allá) y el conteo ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR es de Paul McCartney quien compuso y canta esa canción.

Es "I saw her standing here" aunque tambien hay otra llamada "Taxman" (solo que ésta es de George Harrison), escuchalas veras que empiezan con los clasicos 1,2 3,4. Pero estoy seguro que habras escuchado la primera, es muy buena.
