credo di no.. con AI non credo sia possibile, ci vorrebbe Adobe Streamline, per esempio.. oppure potresti provare:

Inskape, software open source, lo trovi quì http://inkscape.org/download/ e quì un ottima guida
http://grafica.html.it/guide/leggi/18/guida-inkscape/ Di sicuro è possibile traformare un file bmp in vettoriale anche con fireworks, ma o lo acquisti o lo devi scaricare con emule
