The antidepressive. takes: 0.75 l Vodka Smirnoff · 0.75 l Brandy. A container, which seizes approx 2 litres and is lockable. 250 gram whole coffee beans-- very aromatically. A bar of “black gentleman chocolate” with high cocoa portion. 200 gram of brown suger. 3 to 5 vanilla bars -- depending upon size. A pinch of Cayenne pepper. All this give one to the container, the coffee (leave please whole), the sugar first, the beverages carefully up-pour, the red pepper last. Then one locks the whole product and “forgets” it for approx. 5 weeks. In a dark, relatively cool chamber, date on the container. … And after 5 weeks one can take a sample sip. Wenn's tastes, the coffee Likör is filled over --- a funnel is enough, because the beans “clog” the funnel and let through only the liquid, work thus as natural filters. If it does not taste, one should perhaps “nachwürzen” with vanilla -- not so much sugar, makes only headache. If it tastes, it is a marvelous coffee Likör and can be drunk in such a way or than Sauce for refeeding -- particularly vanilla ice-cream and so -- are used. Prost!!!
