Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me?
Don't cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me?
quiere decir :

La frase de antes, es "Don't you know your girlfriend is not fun like me?"

"Don't you" = "Don't Cha"
Los afro-americanos utilizan mucho esta jerga para cuando dicen cosas como what cha gonna do (what you going to do) es ingles callejero por decirlo de alguna manera.
