I don't know who is Alizee and therefore do not exactly know how old she is !
In any case, I can understand your question and believe that this type of situation is definitely not very common but could nevertheless possibly happen in other countries in Europe or around the world.

She was almost 21 when she had her baby this is not at all surprising, is it ? Although, in france women have their first baby at the age of 28.7

She s not a teen anymore. God! That "lolita" song has been released a long time ago! In 2000 I think. And obviously she s grown up.

No, it's not common. Actually, our teenager pregnancy rate is much lower than that of the US or of England. That being said, those things happen, it's pretty sad.
I don't think she was THAT young, though. Wasn't she 20 or somehting like that? I don't know, actually, never cared for her.
