Si lo estas pidiendo a alguien "give me one" o "Could you give me one?" si le estas preguntado. Si lo expresas como un deseo " I would like to have one as a present" ( Me gustaría que me regalaran uno)

En Ingles se dice to give a present o to give something as a present
si quieres ser más educada puedes usar
¿me lo darías como regalo?, o ¿podrías regalarmelo?
would you give me it as a gift?
could you give me it as a gift?

Presumo que esta en imperativo. Es "give one as a gift", el ingles carece de la especificidad del castellano para expresarse.

No es una traducción "literal" pero es una
forma de pedir algo con educación.
Una forma más informal sería: GIVE ME ONE, PLEASE.
