Es un fraude, es a los que llaman SCAM, mira aqui todas las posibilidades que te salen cuando digitas la primera linea del amil:

Te envuelven con palabras bonitas para sacarte dinero, pues d ela millonaria suma que te has ganado dbees pagar un porcentaje para que te sea enviado un cheque, te da un numero de cuenta y toman tus datos para robarte. NADA EN INTERNET QUE TE PROMETA DINERO ES VERDADERO, no te extrañe que en unos dias te llegue otro mail diciendote que eres heredero(a) unico de un multimillonario canadiense. Saludos
