Rongphu monastery, the highest monastery in Tibet at 4980 m (or ~16185 feet), which is also the world's highest continuously inhabitated temple.

I believe is Machu Picchu, but I'm not sure.

Well, all Himalayan passes (called LA in Tibetan) may be considered worship places because Buddist put there TANKA that are praticly prayes written on flags.
They believe that the wind blowing on those Tanka and destroying them will bring the prayes to god.
So the highest pass may be considered the highest worship place.
I know Khardung La in Ladak ( about5700 mt) probably is the highest and have many Tankas.
