La versione di Irene e' quasi perfetta. C'e' solo un piccolo errore, nella prima frase. "To telephone" in inglese, a differenza di telefonare in italiano, regge un oggetto diretto. Quindi, la preposizione "to" e' sbagliata: e' corretto "you must telephone Mr Green this morning."
Irene e' stata l'unica a non sbagliare nella seconda frase. A differenza di "pagare qualcosa (a qualcuno)" in italiano, il verbo inglese e' "to pay (someone) *for* something".
