premièrement, on dit "maître de soi", sinon c'est une redondance; "soi" suffit amplement pour se désigner; ensuite, l'équivalent le plus proche est "to be/remain self-possessed", mais dans un registre un peu plus familier, tu as "keep cool", "stay cool"... et j'en passe et des pas vertes... (!!!)
