secondo me è spam,se la ricevi su Y!Mail segnala come spam e le prossime ti andranno a finire direttamente nella casella spam ;)
(comunque puoi provare a passare il mouse sulle parole,se in basso a sinistra dello schermo ti compare un indirizzo internet allora è s.p.a.m al 99% ;))
