Tenes Que ira a INICIO - EJECUTAR - MSCONFIG. AHI APARECE TODO LO QUE SE INICIA CON WINDOWS O SINO HAY OTRAS PROGRAMAS COMO EL ACE UTILITIES QUE ES PARA LIMPIAR EL DISCO Y TAMBIEN CONTROLAS LOS PROGRAMAS QUE SE INICIAN CON WINDOWS...

Si tienes Windows, vas a Inicio > Ejecutar > tipeas "Msconfig" > Luego haces click en la pestaña que dice "Inicio" y ahí seleccionas los programas que quieres que se inicien...
Recuerda, los que están marcados son los que se inician apenas se abre windows, y los que no están marcados, son los que no se abren... con solo un click basta con desmarcarlos/marcarlos
