= [(4x^4 - (x-xy)^2) : (-2x^2) +2 (x^2-1/4) ]
= [(4x^4 - (x-xy)^2) : 2(-1/4) ]
= 2(x-xy)^2-8x^4

le parentesi non sono molto chiare, ho supposto che tu volessi significare:
(2x^2 -x+xy) (2x^2+x-xy)
