ok so i have a friend that is been abuse physically by her boyfriend while she is pregnant she is nine moths pregnant and he still bit the carp out of her. she doesnt denunciate him because he threats her that he will call immigration so they can take her out of the country my question is can she do anything even though her documents status is illegal does she has any rights?

Si, ella puede hacer mucho.
Primeramente el hecho que este ilegal no le quita derechos, especialmente en una situacion como esta.
Por lo general el abusador trata de intimidar a la persona porque tiene miedo de ser descubierto. Aqui lo importante es que alguien la apoye, alguien en quien ella confie, y vayan a la policia, ellos se portaran de una manera positiva y en cada ciudad se encuentran grupos de apoyo.
Tambien se suguiero que lo haga lo pronto posible ya que en violador esta cerca de ella, lo cual es que ella esta en constante peligro.
Yo estube cerca el año pasado de un caso de abuso, todas las personas enbuetan en el poblema son ilegales, yo estube llendo a todas las cortes y se llego a mensionar que todos eran ilegales y la persona que lo dijo solo le dijeron que ellos no eran migracion y que ahi estaban para arreglar el asunto del abuso sexual.

CONVENCELA Y VAYAN YA!

Acegurate que el violador no se de cuenta hasta que la policia llegue por el ! O K

It doesnt matter the legal status of a person in the United States to report the physical and emotional abuse. Your friend is right. She might be deported if the local police authorities finds out she is illegal and decide to report her to the Immigration Office. Although, if she has a United States citizen child the chances to face a deportation proceedings and be detained are slim. She might report this abuse to the police.

I am not sure about if she, your friend, can claim any immigration benefit being the girlfriend of a United States citizen. To claim VAWA the alien who suffers the abuse, may be the spouse or the child to obtain a legal status. Check this link

No tengan miedo y acerquense a una delegacion de policia y denuncienlo. la migra no tiene nada que ver en asuntos legales.

in my opinion she should denunciet that man. and i dont think inmigration will take the time to investigate her. and yes she has rights
