Ti do un consiglio da tecnico:
Se vuoi un freeware(gratuito) vai sul sito www.free-av.com, e vai nella sezione download, troverai due antivirus, quello gratuito e quello a pagamento, quello gratuito è tra i migliori freeware, anzi il migliore, perchè elimina e offre protezione da qualsiasi virus compreso quello tuo!!
Si chiama Avira Personal classic

comprati un antivirus o scaricatene uno gratis da internet come l'Avast

Sarai bene che vai ai forum di support del tuo antivirus .
In linea di massima se hai individuato il file che lo contiene , elimina quel file .
