Depende de la importancia del puesto.

BUENO, CREO QUE EN TERMINOS LABORALES, PRIMERO DEBES VELAR POR EL BIENESTAR DE LA CALIDAD HACIA LO QUE HACES Y ELEGIR AL MAS APTO PARA EL PUESTO Y SI ES TU AMIGO, MUCHO MEJOR PARA AMBOS.
PERO EN CASO DE QUE EL APTO SEA EL MEJOR Y NO TU AMIGO, PLATICA CON TU AMIGO, PARA QUE NO SE SIENTA MAL, PUES SIEMPRE HAY MALENTENDIDOS DONDE NO LOS HAY Y PLANTEARLE BIEN LA SITUACION Y LOS TERMINOS DEL POR QUE, SIN HERIRLO.
