Where is a good University to study Fine Arts and theater?

I think the most famous one is DAMS in Bologna. Bologna is a beautiful city, full of students from all over the world. check this site out: http://www.dams.unibo.it/

florence in tuscany has a good university.
but the life in florence is expensive.
