When making the decision between a Ecole Centrale and Ecole Polytehnique you need to know what you want to do in the futur or see what's your vision in term of professional.
The two grandes ecoles are knew for their extremely selective admission policies. Entry is usually by competitive examination,
The both schools are very goog, depend if you are capable to become engineer if not so, forgot it!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Centrale because Polytechnique is a military school...

and if u do polytechnique you should do an other school after (for instance Sup Telecom or an other).

Depends what you are looking for: the dating scene is *a lot* better at Centrale.
