I have a month to travel, whole March, I would like to pick the three/four/five best places in the world to visit in March. I prefer places with great weather, sun, nice place to dive, but some culture too wouldn't be bad. Where should I go?

Italy in March is generally too cold for daving and there is high risk of rain. I suggest to go to southern Italy (Sicily, there are plenty of wonderfull places i.e. Taormina, Erice etc) or Grece (Crete Rodos) or Cypros.
I know that in Athens there is the sun 300 days a year.

I guess you mean out of Italy! In this country you'll find actually no suitable place for such expectations: in northern Italy snow is not unusual at that time, in southern Italy Spring just begins. If you're lucky Sicily will have blue skies, but the temperature will be max 20 degrees, I think. I suggest you another latitude: tropical areas are surely the best, but mind weather reports concerning rainstorms, cyclones etc.
