HOW CAN YOU BE SO SURE THAT HE IS INNOCENT???? DO YOU HAVE ANY PROVE??? my mom is been saying that my father is innocent of raped 2 of my sisters, one of them had a baby, you know, her love for this man is blind, so blind that she cannot see what my father did... i'm sorry but to me, it is hard not to believe a kid when he says that he's being sexually abused, especially if a judge already found this man guilty, because i'm pretty sure he had enough evidence, without evidence the judge couldn't send him to jail.

What can we do about? If it was wrongfully convicted, why did not appealed the sentence?
Do you have new evidence to can asking for a new trial?
What is doing his lawyer?

Wronfully convicted? sexual abuse in a kid is a very serious crime and it has to be proven. The court can't just throw you in jail for suspicion. If he is not guilty keep figting for him until proven inocent. The truth should prevail.
