What motivates them to that?
The perspective of our understanding will be very superficial if we didn't first enter in them.
Btw, that happens in almost all the planet. (the sarcastic, cynicism and hateful) They are abilities of expression of almost all human beings.
And they are related to the individual EGO, that of course, this widely related to the culture and education of each region.
PS: But I don't know what do you talk about of Americans, if only to those of the North or to all the Americans.

Every where can find stupid people with stupid ideas, I think also in Yahoo! answers in USA, some people speak bad things about mexicans and latinoamericans, I see all the time in shows like south park, the simpsons and other how the americans get funny from canadians & mexicans because we are the neighbors. So , why we can't (I speak in third person) some time from americans or other people? First see how the american citizens say stupid things from other people and then scold us

Not really. Here the most offensive people and, of course... their questions are about inner political matters. About the new President of Mexico and the runner-up of that "race".
