(1) 72=2b+2h , (2)b=3+1/2h
reemplazas b de (2) en b de (1)
Te queda:
72=2(3+1/2h)+2h
72=6+h+2h
72=6+3h
72-6=3h
66/3=h
22=h

prueba sustituyendo la 2 ec. en la 1
72=2(3+1/2h)+2h

facil....por el metodo de sustitucion...
solo sustituye la ecuacion 2 en la 1 ...q te queda asi
72=2(3+1/2h) + 2h
72=6 + h + 2h
h=66/3
h=22
por lo tanto ya tienes h y de ahi sacas el valor de b
b=3+1/2(22)
b=14
listo....h=22 y b=14
