Is it common for France a man 41 years of age to give a key from his house/flat to a girl 26 years of age?..so she can stay there even of he is not there.... ..and to help her with money......
He says he is not having a committed relationship with her....than what kind of relation is this?

Hello,
well I am intrested in this man, he is a colleague of mine, the girl is someone else...she is not with him on weekends or on non-working days (holidays)
I keep offending him for giving money to her, but he is actually very patient towards me......
So I don't know what to do..he sayshe will tell her to go away , but when I ask when he tells it is not my business....
So I don;t know what to think....

Perhaps, he has a special relationship with her, something particular that he didn't explain to you.. (She could be the sister of a friend, and as a generous man, he let her leave in his flat..or something else...)
Moreover, it is definitely not common in France this kind of relationship.

Ils sont majeurs et vaccinés et leur relation deviendra ce qu'elle voudra bien devenir !

It proves that he really trusts her... It may well be a very kind and generous person..Then it may not !
I think he doesn't know what kind of relationship he wants with that lady. He wants to help her.
