- YOU SEE, I FOUND IT BY CHANCE (by pure acccident), IT WAS LYING ON HER TABLE! (AFTER ALL, SHE manipulated me. what do you mean?) WHILE reading IT, I WAS STARTLED TO LEARN THAT she has never loved me ! Do you realize ? I would HAVE never believed it from her... ( What do you mean by this sentence?) THOUGH she made me lose 11 years of my life, I'm relieved NOW, because I FOUND IT OUT before our marriage, and it hardened me A LOT.

...but at the same time, even though she has made me lose 11 years of my life, I am relieved because I Know all about it before our WEDDING, and BESIDES , It has hardened my heart.

Quoi? tu as regardé son journal intime ?t'a-t-elle donnée la permission ?
non, mais elle m'a manipulé! en le lisant ,j'ai appris qu'elle ne m'a jamais aimé!tu t'imagines ? Je n'aurais jamais cru cela d'elle .mais en même temps ,si elle m'a fait perdre 11 ans de ma vie ,je suis soulagé ,parce je le sais avant notre mariage et cela m'a surtout endurci .
Je suis profondément surpris de ce qu'elle pense ,je n'aurais jamais osé regardé dans son journal intime ,tu as violenté sa vie privée et cela est invivable .alors ? qu'as-tu fait ?
j'ai déménagé !j'ai bien fait de regarder dans son journal intime ,imagine,si je n'avais pas appris ? que serait-il advenu de notre mariage ? crois-tu que nous aurions été capable de vivre en étant heureux ?
tu avais une femme ,une vie stable ,maintenant tu as perdu !
maintenant il faut recommencer à nouveau ,tout , trouver une femme ,une maison

Trois erreurs rapidement relevées (il y en a peut-être d'autres) :
J'aurais dit : "You never had to watch her diary" ou "You didn't have to watch her diary". Il y avait pas mal d'erreurs de construction sur ce bout de phrase. D'abord, il aurait fallu employer "should" et non pas "would". Et il est impossible que "look" soit au prétérit derrière "owed", mais plutôt à l'infinitif. C'est une erreur de grammaire. De plus l'expression ne se traduit pas en mot à mot du français.
"You had a wife" et non "you had a woman". Par contre le deuxième "woman" va bien.
"I did well in looking..." "did" et non pas "made". Ce n'est pas "faire" dans le sens de "fabriquer" et donc "to make" ne va pas. Et "by" n'est pas le bon mot, sinon la phrase se traduirait "J'ai bien fait en regardant dans son journal", ce qui ne veut rien dire. Pour moi "in" convient mieux.

Normalement on dit "diary" plutôt que "journal". Ensuite:
"Reading it, I was stunned to realise that..." "I would never have believed it of her" "....marriage, the more so since it's toughened me up." "surprised at what she thinks, but you should never have looked in her diary." "I did well to look at her diary; supposing I had never known, what would have become of our marriage? Do you suppose that we could have lived happily together?"
" a woman, a steady lifestyle.." "Now you're going to have to start all over again"
"It's better to be alone than have the wrong partner."

ça m'a l'air d'être très bien mais en même temps je n'ai pas le niveau pour avoir la prétention de te corriger !
