It's not that hard. If your mother language is English, the first thing you need to know is that verb to be in Spanish is divided into 2 verbs: ser and estar. And you use them depending on the sentence. Pronunciation is very easy, as you read exactly as it is written. Another difference with English is that you don't have to put the pronouns all the time, sometimes they come explicit with the verb. Verbal conjugations might be very difficult at the beginning, but it's just a matter of getting used to it. Ohhh, and there is another big difference: In Spanish things are either masculin or feminine, so you need to know if the thing is a she or a he. It's not very difficult, those that end with an a are feminine (in almost all the cases), and the remaining are masculine.

Why are u making such a question if it's obvious you can speak Spanish? (I've only had a look to your profile ;)
Anyhow, I'll answer your question: yes, it is. If not, why do English and French learners make so many mistakes with sentences like "Soy bueno / estoy bueno"?
It is true that verb tenses, gender and number and many other things which are characteristic of Spanish are pretty difficult for foreign learners.
Have a nice day!

There is no such thing as a difficult language - or an easy one, for that matter. I understand that you are a native english speaker. If it is the first foreign language you learn, you will probably find it difficult anyway. If it is the second or third, is will be easier. I am greek and spanish was the third foreign language I learnt (next to english and french), so I found it rather easy.
However, I believe that Spanish presents medium grade difficulty for english speakers. It is derived from latin, and a great part of english is also derived from latin. The alphabet is the same, no trouble there. Pronounciation is rather different, so that you will have to forget certain sounds and learn to pronounce new ones, and that is always difficult. Spanish grammar is more complicated than english grammar, but that is true of almost every language - english grammar is super simple.
It would be a lot more difficult to learn a language of completely different origin, with different sounds, different concepts and different scripts, such as hindi or chinese. So cheer up!
