Depende que forma gramatical usas:
Nobody likes cakes. Afirmacion negativa sin auxiliar
I don't see anyone. Afirmacion con auxiliar
Anyone likes cakes?. Se usa para preguntar.
No one Afirmacion sin auxiliar, es para responder genaralmente.
Creo que tengo que repasar mis clases de Ingles gracias por recordarmelo.
