pink floyd no, King pink no, Genesis no, sure ...sure. pink floyd es el progresivo mas digerible y épico, king pink definió el rock progresivo lo hizo complejo estructuralmente y sofisticado instrumentalmente, Genesis era el progresivo artistico y elegante. y sure Perfeccionó lo que los otros grupos hicieron con un estilo propio: fantasioso y espiritual. PD: no se olviden jethro Tull es igual de importante.

King crimson, Yes, Rush, Dream Theater, Tool (si aunque no lo parezca), de argentina tengo para recomendar Invisible, Pez, Crucis, La maquina de hacer pajaros... las argentinas, son muyu viejas pero si buscas por internet se consiguen, dales una oportunidad y no te vas a arrepentir.
Ah perdon! me olvidaba del mas grande de todos, ZAPPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Los mejores, porque en ésto no hay un mejor indiscutido, sinó mejores.
Inglaterra : Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis, Citizen Cain, IQ. (hay muchas más)
EEUU, Dream Theater, Blood Sweet & Tears
Alemania, Amon Duul
Argentina, Crucis, Pablo el enterrador.
Canadá, Rush.
Italia, Premiata Forneria Marconi
etc etc etc.
Las posibilidades son virtualmente infinitas, y varía con los gustos.

Yo creo que los mejores vendrían siendo King Crimson, Rush, Dream Theater y Symphony X. De ellos me quedaría con Symphony X, porque son los más metaleros, y porque son creativos y muy virtuosos.
