Good morning,
I'm prepering ma search to obtain the master degree.I'm from Tunisia.
my search is about the radial basis network.I need this technique for
asynchronious machine defaults diagnostic.
In the first step I need to know how to progam the center,width,wight
of the radial basis function.
Please could you help me with ideas,programmes or articles or good
