I searched "Photoshop" on ebay.de, so surprised that lots pirated comerical software sold there, while most sellers claim their software is OEM product with no shame.
You should know reselling OEM softwares is also illegal!

Over 90% Pirated softeware sellers on ebay.de only accept German bank account payment other than Paypal widely used on Ebay.com.
So you know they must realize they've voilated laws, but they tend to take the risk.
If 100 persons sell pirated software, there will come to be 1-2 caught by police.
So would you take the little risk to earn big free money on Internet?

Not every kind of OEM is illegal, only OEM under software license is allowed!
Selling OEM versions whithout having a license is illegal in Germany!
