I went to Yahoo translator, and I think you wanted to ask why people in Europe still have royal families, as in the UK or in Belgium (or other countrie). Am I right?

Simply because they are not really a problem. We don't have one in France, but in most countries, when there is one, it's still a democracy, and they don't really do much. They are mostly there for... I don't know, actually. You should go to the UK website, or the Spanish one.
