I'm sorry to let you know that I do speak English as well...as a matter of fact I'm from Perugia,a small city that you should know,but I'm working in Australia right now and going to Uni...ergo my English can't be bad...anyway,I could agree with you if you were saying that in our beautiful country we need more English speakers!
