Scuzate my poor italian. Here my question.
Mio amico italiano every time he answer to samebody question,he always use the first plural form talking way. It seems odd somehow...Potete voi explain it?

In italiano si chiama "plurale majestatis".
Si usa normalmente quando uno è una persona importante, tipo un professore di Università

He make wrong, but some people, especially from south (at least those i knew), use this way 'cause it sound better at their ears and never understand that are making wrong. I find this odd too.

We do not use it
Tu= oral, colloquial
Lei= polite

There's a form way, called "pluralis maiestatis" (spero non ci sia nessuno purista del latino in giro) that can be used.... but it's tipical of kings and istitutions... like in english I guess.
Maybe he's talking for more persons?

maybe if you ask questions to an italian man about italy or things concerning italy he does a general discussion using "we" (in the sense of italian people= we)
I hope you understand..it's difficult to explain..also in italian

se ho capito bene il tuo amico quando fa le domande parla sempre con la prima persona plurale giusto? secondo me è una questione di situazioni cmq d norma si usa la prima persona singolare
