Salaam Bombay es una muy linda película, de la directora Mira Nair.
Pero de lo clásico lo mejor es la Triología de Apu, que inlcuye "Pather Panchali", "Apajarito" y "En mundo de Apu". Estas tres películas son del director Satyajit Ray, quien cambió el rumbo del cine hindú a comienzos de los 50. Cambió la mirada poética de la India por una más realista. Triunfó en el occidente.

pues no son clasicos, pero hay una muy buena de hace unos 4 o 5 años que se llama Lagaan, preciosa pelicula
y no es de la India pero El guru del Sexo esta muy divertida jeje

PUES NO SÉ SI SEA UN CLÁSICO, PERO EN LO PERSONAL ME GUSTÓ MUCHO LA PELÍCULA QUE SE LLAMA "KISHNA, EL GUERRERO POETA", TIENE MUCHA MÚSICA Y BAILES TÍPICOS, ADEMÁS DE QUE EN LA HISTORIA MUESTRAN MUCHO DE LA CULTURA Y LAS COSTUMBRES DE L PAÍS.
