Unlikely in british coutries, in France, we learn our language since we are 6, until 18 ! [at least ...]
And, to be honest, yes, learning franch is quite hard (I am glad to be french for that) unlikely with english.
For the only example of telling verbs, we do not have two kinds of subjects like you (I mean : I + you + we + they on a side, and he/she on the other side). Every subject is different (je/tu/il/nous/vous/ils), and every time you tell the verb is different and complicated (present, future ....).
And what about "genres" of the nouns ! We have male and female words, maybe the biggest problem for foreign people !!

French grammar is too complicated, but you can learn french easily if you sometimes practice (writing and speaking) with people speacking french.

Hi,
No in France we do not have scholarships as schools are free. Then, you enter university and the fees are not that expensive (500/600 euros approx. for a year)
However, if your parents can not help you for some reasons (unemployment, low salary etc.) you can get some help from the government.
If you live in Europe, try the Erasmus programme. It will allow you to study in France nearly for free and you may obtain a scholarship for a year. (the scholarship is not related to the results you obtain at school or college etc. but according to your parents' salaries. The more they earn money, the less you'll get money...)
Concerning, learning French; French is not easy to learn but if you work hard you, You'll make it ;)
Good luck and do not hesitate to contact us for further details!
Cheers

It's a question of being interested in the learning of the language, or if you like to study in France you must speak very well french before going to master studies. And I hope my english is not too bad.
Do you like languages ? Is it easy for you to learn, to remember and to pronounce ?
You can try on several Websites.

It depends of the kind of french you want to learn. It's as such as for english you have differents level of language (street, current, classical...) . we have differents grades of studies and it can go from primary school to the higest masters studies (Doctorat) but even then you won't be sure to know the full vocabulary of french it can take the whole life even if we have totally less words than english language...
