Are there anyone to guide & teach me German? i dont know even the basic of German! and i am from a developing south eastern island.

Have you already tried to use a language training program? As the ather people having answered I tend to advice that to you.
Best of the possiblities would be to visit Germany. Being in the country you would be able to speak the language automatically.
Another possibility could be any virtual teacher, for example of Yahoo - somebody who would like to teach you in terms of written language. Possible channels could be for examle E-mail contacts.
If you'ld like to, we could cope up with each other.

You can use an translation programm. Or you can use a programm to learn german language. You have nobody near you who speak german ? The best solution is: You visit Germany. Then you must speak the language. The most People in Germany understand english and I am sure they help you. First use a dictionary !
