Ti do una dritta...essendo il file in questione un malware... ti consiglio di scaricare gratuitamente dalla rete EWIDO anti malware versione 4...scaricalo dal sito ufficiale...e' una versione trial (30gg)...e' leggerissimo e efficacissimo..
Prova e sappimi dire..

Se non hai già un antivirus installato, vai qui

e scarica AntiVir o Avast.
Sono gratis e ti aiuteranno a eliminare il problema.
