A cause des haitiens comme toi et moi qui n'arrêtent pas de salir les rues, des voleurs professionnels qui se prennent pour des politiciens, tu veux une perle des antilles qu'es tu prêt a faire pour cela? Tu vas me dire que toi seul tu n'y arriveras pas mais non, si toi, tu commences quelqu'un d'autre va finir, allez commence par prendre ma main pour rebatir notre Haiti.

3.The Newly formed Haitian leaders started to distribute land to their Officers. Over the years the land size becomes smaller, because it's distributed to the Children.The people who own the land now are not efficient and the farming is unmechanized, so the farmers depend on handheld hoes, picks and machetes, so the plots are too small and the farmers produce no surplus that could support others

When Columbus arrived Haiti was paradise, 95% of the land was forest, now it's only 3% .

Haiti's main fuel for cooking is charcoal

When you cut your trees, the consequences include
Loss of timber, soil erosion, loss of soil fertility.

When Duvalier was in power , many of the inteligentsia, were murdered of the left the country.

Schools apart from a few to help the rich give low standards.

There's no middle class , they have all left the country..

The majority of foreign aid , goes to paying the housing and salaries of foreign experts. Most of those experts come for three years, the first year, they suffer from Culture shock , second year, they work, the third they are preparing to leave.

The Haitians have difficulty in planning .
They have a day to day mentality.

Many Haitian policians are corrupt

Many people in Haiti, especially the rich are scared for changed.
Why?
They would need to start paying more taxes.
They may have to face real competition from outside.

Drugs trafficing .Haiti is a major transit stop for drugs to enter the States.

The former President Aristide he armed the gangs in the shantytowns, he wanted a backup army. Now those guys are into the drug trade, and started kidnapping people . Nearly 900 people were kiddnapped in 2005.

Tourism was a major source of revenue before, now it doesn't exist anymore.

There is no hope in Haiti.The country is finnished
