i've always wanted to speak it because i already know spanish but it seems so boring so id like to learn italian. can someone help me .

Before being able to "speak" in any particular language you have to study at least 100 commonly used words and then .......just get started . If possible, travel to the country where the language is spoken (in your case Italy).Forget about the grammar. Forget the shame of saying something wrong, just............. sorridi e parla con tutti quelli che puoi.Gli italiani sono simpaticissimi e ti aiuteranno loro stessi. Questa é stata la mia esperienza. E ti posso assicurare che é facile e piacevole. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTOOD THE MESSAGE, if not, take a dictionary and this little note will be your first lesson!

Are you really sure that spanish is more boring than italian?
there are similar rules for grammar ( grammatic?) and for verbs, but if you already speak spanish isn't so difficult to lear italian.
