You must write "Mon Francais est-il bon? Je suis indienne et j'ai appris le francais récemment". I think your french better than my english and i don't speack indian. This forum is very good to improve our language. Friendly yours.

Autre chose : Je ne suis pas sûr que tu sois un indien, mais une indienne, non ?

I can't give you an answer, because it is difficult to judge you on a sentence.
Otherwise you made an error: It's not right to say " est il mon francais bon"
You must say: "Mon français est bon?" or "Est ce que mon francais est bon"
The adjective "bon" who mean "good" must be placed be before the noun "francais"
