C'est difficile de le dire sur seulement une phrase... Tu n'as fait qu'une petite erreur.
[It's difficult to say it on only one sentence...You made only one little mistake. ]
La forme correcte est :
[Correct form is : ]
"Mon français est-il bon ? Je suis indien et (j')ai appris le français récemment"
Autre chose : Je ne suis pas sûr que tu sois un indien, mais une indienne, non ?
[another thing : i'm not sure you're an indian boy, but an indian girl, ain't ?]
Le français n'est pas facile et je te souhaite bonne chance ;)
[French's not easy, i say good luck to you ;) ]
Tu nous demandes de mentionner notre nom, le mien est dans mon pseudo.
[You ask us to mention our name, mine is on my nickname]

I can't give you an answer, because it is difficult to judge you on a sentence.
Otherwise you made an error: It's not right to say " est il mon francais bon"
You must say: "Mon français est bon?" or "Est ce que mon francais est bon"
The adjective "bon" who mean "good" must be placed be before the noun "francais"

Félicitations pour ton apprentissage ! Une des difficultés est de mettre les mots dans un ordre correct Ainsi, tu devais écrire "Mon français est-il bon ?". Sujet, puis verbe, puis complément. Bon courage !
One of the difficulties is to write the words in a correct order. Subject, then verb, then attribute. Good luck!
