No. There are so many great people present and past that I'm in awe of, I could never feel like I'm the "greatest". That's not to say that I'm not great :)

Since you are alive.. it is great. Life beats death everytime there is nothing greater.
Sure there are people in pain, suffering and awful places.
But with life they also have another chance to live and make a difference.
