There's always a chance but not likely as long as you are using the pill correctly like the directions say. I once heard that spermicide doesn't really work, so I don't know about that. The most important thing is taking the BC correctly, i.e. taking it at the same time each day, not skipping pills, and remember, certain drugs(like antibiotics) can lower the effectiveness of BC, but as long as you take care of all those things, then you have virtually no chance of getting pregnant.

It would be a miracle if you got pregnant while on the pill (using it correctly) and using spermicide!

The birth control pill is extremely effective. It is not 100% foolproof but you did use a spermacide foam, so It is highly unlikely that you could get pregnant.

The failure rate for perfect use of the pill is .3% and perfect use of spermicide (alone) is 18%. Together, of course, you're virtually eliminating any possible chance of pregnancy. :)

ANY time you have sex, you risk the chance of pregnancy. No matter what type of contraceptive you use or when you have sex or if you double up, you risk the chance.
It may be less than 1%, but the chance is still there.
