I would say about a month ago. I tried to quit smoking so I ate a whole bag in place of a cigarette. I am back to smoking because my seed habit got too expensive.

Too much work for a snack. And the ones out of the shell taste funny. I just went back to M&M's. I can eat those shells.

im sure dogs eat more dangerous things than sunflower seeds... she will be ok.... my beagle ate chicken bones by accident and she was fine but i wouldn't feed them to her... im sure she wont shoot a sunflower out her butt hole but if she does you will get ALOT of money from the circus or garden shows!!!
