I'll go with the armed forces of the United States.
Edit: I did some checking. An article claimed Wal-Mart has the 2nd largest truck fleet in the US, not the world. It did not say who had the largest. Another article said that UPS had approximately 88,000 trucks in its fleet. It did not say where that ranked. I know for a fact that the US Postal Service dwarfs both of those companies in the number of mail delivery trucks in its fleet. It is the largest civilian fleet in the world.
The key word in that last part is 'civilian'. So I'll stick with my answer, the US military.

it's so secret I don't think we know. I would say Haliburton is the front for the way the republicans make their money. Bush robbed a whole country. He pretended to donate money to Aftrica and other places only to have it disappear. Haliburton contracts were the real reason behind everything. McCain gave that away cause he told the plans to bomb, bomb, bomb a lot of other places and the have Haliburton rebuild these places. They are getting paid a lot of money to rebuild a lot more than what was bombed.
