everytime i try it says something about a firewall and tracking ??? what does that mean!!!!

i use a mac laptop which should make a diff cause my brother plays it all the time on his.....

mine will say im behind a firewall too when im DLing new patches...When urs says ur behind a firewall does it still download? because if it does you're fine.
