How does one nurture a man's inner boy? What's the meaning of it and how does one do it?

Inside every man is a little boy who still likes to skip stones, go fishing, and eat something gooey and sugary once in awhile. If you want to nurture that little boy, encourage this once in awhile, or at least tolerate it when you see it. Laugh at his stupid jokes. Let him have space and time for a hobby that seems pointless to you. Fix him a stack of chocolate chip pancakes once in awhile, even if his cholesterol count is 225.

First of all, I have no idea what you're talking about and if you don't know what it means why it does mean so much to you? Doesn't seem like any answer to that statement will answer the question of life and relationships.
