I met this girl in class the other day, we had a long conversation and it turned out pretty well. I added her on facebook and when i chatted with her online, it was totally different. She did not try to extend our conversations and she logged off without even saying bye. The next time i saw her in class again, it was the same, she was not trying to extend our conversation. I mean, what is going on? The first time i talked to her, it went well and i like her too.

Talking online is not a good medium for communication. You forget you're chatting with someone, you're doing other things, there's too much distraction. Just keep up the conversations in person and keep the Internet chatting to a minimum.

i would disregard her not having a good conversation with you online, because you don't know what else she was trying to do as well as chat online.

As far as her not responding to you in person, she might have been trying to send you the message that she didn't want to have a conversation with you for various reasons- don't take it to personaly.

Talking online is not really trying to get to know anybody. Why don't you try asking her out on a date or take things slow and ask for her number. You don't need to rush things, maybe she just thought it was kind of weird talking online with you or maybe she just got in trouble.

She probably doesn't want you to get the wrong idea. When you chatted w/ her online she probably picked up hints that you liked her than more than a friend and doesnt feel that way for you.

maybe she is not interested in you for NOW. Be perseverant, try to be her friend and then if that works, invite her out.
