Your question is not clear. Generally if you are a W-2 wage earner and you make less than your standard deduction and the total of your exemptions you will get all of your withholding back. It is not possible to know what your personal situation would be.

If you are an employee with taxes withheld, then if you are single and a dependent, you can make up to $5350 for 2007 and get back all of the money withheld for federal income tax. If you are single and NOT a dependent, you can make up to $8750. There are other limits for people with other filing statuses, and for people over age 65.

You do not get back what was taken out for social security and medicare.

For state income tax, it depends on your state.
