Why do TV stations "censor" the camera over certain stuff (i.e. girl's nipples, etc.) on TV? I'm just curious. :&

Broadcast TV regulations and network standards and practices units insist on such censoring (i.e. what you referenced is considered female nudity by those rules).

bc there could be people watching that shouldnt see that stuff. there are special things you can order if you want to see it uncencored.
