I take a burning hot shower. After I am dried, I sometimes rub a little lavender lotion on my skin. Snuggle under the covers and I am out ZzZzZzZz. I love it when it rains, I fall asleep even faster.

lol yeah history but like in the nighttime.. nothing cause i have insomnia.. and maybe get like 2 hours of sleep every night.

usually i fall asleep in skool in language class when we read or when a movie is playing but at night Rock Songs like koRn,Slipknot,System of a Down and other stuffs i listen too lol
