We really need somewhere in the vicinity of 2000-3000mL of water each day. For many of us, we don't actually drink that much water in the form of a drink.
We usually obtain the necessary fluids from our food.
As long as you are actually getting enough water into your body (via food or other drinks) you should do okay.
However, people who habitually do not drink water often will drink other beverages. Many of these contain either alcohol or caffeine, both of which would cause a diuretic effect - ie causing you to lose water. (Coke and the tea you drink contains a lot of caffeine and sugar, and apple juice contains a lot of sugar).
People who habitually do not drink water will place themselves at risk (not in direct harm, but at risk) of the issues of dehydration:
chronic renal failure
high blood pressure or postural hypotension
palpitations
pre-syncope and syncope
You would do well to incorporate some form of water based drink that does not have so much sugar. You are putting yourself at risk of type 2 diabetes.

you get water from some of the foods you eat. You get water from your tea but if it's caffeinated it will cause you to lose more water since caffeine is a diurectic. How about drinking flavored water? Propel is a really great brand. Not drinking plain water won't harm you, but you'll definitely feel more energy everyday if you include water in your diet that doesn't have a ton of sugar in it (like coke and juice). Hope that helps!!

There are so many flavorings to add to water that not standing the taste of it isn't an issue anymore. Like Fulfill, Propel, etc. And your body needs water. Not drinking water can cause dehydration which can harm your kidneys, cause muscle spasms from dehydrated muscles, etc. Also, kidney stones are a big risk for people who do not drink water regularly. Trust me, this is something you do not want to experience.

you will be fine
lets see - apple juice , mostly water
coke - mostly water
tea - mostly water
then theres anything you eat , all vegetables and fruits are high in water content , in fact its hard to think of something that doesnt have water in it
so you are in fact drinking water constantly
this drinking lots of water that everyone goes on about is based on innaccurate details from the 1960,s
the data said the amount people needed to drink in a day , but people never read the rest of the guys research which stated we get most of it from food and drinks such as coffee tea, coke , etc
all the best

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/vhPA3
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.
